While Laura has been, like many writers, a lifelong scribbler, it is only when she reached her mid-40s that she began to devote serious time to writing. Decades of experience as an editor and a writer of nonfiction, media releases, training documents, and public-relations materials had sharpened her technical skills, as well as exacerbating her yearning to be writing something else...something meaningful...something fun!
